Procomm was used by most of the telecom industry by the early 2000s--by those that ran windows, anyway. Solaris was also a major player and CDE's terminal was usually configured to control DACSs and SS7 switches internally. I can say that Aspect was a nice addition to Procomm+. Something like LUA would be more handy today.
